Oto Nemsadze wins Georgian Idol!

Oto Nemsadze won the Georgian Idol and will represent the country in Tel Aviv this May. Oto won with 44,13% of the votes!

His song ”Sul tsin iare” meaning ”Go Ahead” is in Georgian. The last time the language was heard in the Eurovision stage was last year!

The country will perform in the second half of the first semifinal.

Georgia In 2018

Last year the Caucasian country was represented by the ethnic group Iriao. Their song ”For You” received only 24 points and finished last in their semi.
