My Opinion:
Definitely Qualifying: Greece, Australia, Cyprus, Iceland and Serbia
Probably Will Qualify: Hungary and Czech Republic
Can Go Both Ways: Belgium, Estonia, Portugal, San Marino and Finland
Probably Not Qualifying: Poland, Belarus
Definitely Not Qualifying: Georgia, Montenegro
