My Opinion:
Definitely Qualifying: Sweden, The Netherlands, Russia, Norway and Azerbaijan
Probably Will Qualify: Switzerland and Malta
Can Go Both Ways: North Macedonia, Albania, Denmark and Austria
Probably Not Qualifying: Armenia and Romania
Definitely Not Qualifying: Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia and Ireland
