Albania selected its representative through Festivali I Këngës as usual!

The song “Me Tana” was Elvana Gjata’s entry to the music festival. Elvana came 2nd with just three points difference from the winning one. The song was composed by Elvana herself.

Elvana Gjata

Elvana Gjata was born on 3 February 1987, in Tirana, Albania. She gained fame through her first studio album, which was released in 2007. Since then she has released one more studio album, two extended plays and 39 singles. She studied in Tirana in order to become a director. Elvana also won the third season of the Albanian version of Dancing With The Stars.
