National Final Reminder: Pasha Parfeny – My Wine!

We continue the National Final Reminder of 2020 with something from Moldova.

Moldova selected its representative through a national final, as usual!

The song “My Wine” was Pasha Parfeny’s entry to the music festival. Pasha placed 2nd in the final of the show, after coming second on both the jury and the public voting. The song was composed by Victoria Demici and Pasha Parfeny.

Pasha Parfeny

Pasha Parfeny was born on 30 May 1986, in Orhei, Moldova. His real name is Pavel Parfeni. His parents were both musicians. He studied at the State Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts. In 2008 he joined the Sunstroke Project as their lead singers and left it in 2009. He has entered the national final of his country a number of times both as a composer and as a singer. His most known for his 2012 entry which won the event and represented his country in Baku. His entry “Lăutar” placed 11th in the final.
