Withdrawn Songs: Bulgaria – 2013!

There are a number of songs that was selected to represent some countries in the contest, but for a variety of reasons the songs never made it to the Eurovision stage. In this series of posts we are going to remind you some of these songs.

Bulgaria 2013

Bulgaria in 2013 original selected “Kismet” for Elitsa Todorova and Stoyan Yankulov. After the song selection BNT, Bulgaria’s public broadcaster, announced that the runner-up “Samo Shampioni” will represent the country to Malmö due to the broadcaster being unable to secure the entry’s copyright. After all, the duo placed 12th in the semifinal.
