There are a number of songs that was selected to represent some countries in the contest, but for a variety of reasons the songs never made it to the Eurovision stage. In this series of posts we are going to remind you some of these songs.

Germany 2015

Germany in 2015 original selected Andreas Kümmert and his song “Heart Of Stone”. However, when Andreas was announced as the winner, he withdrew and let the second placer Ann Sophie to go to Vienna. Eventually, Ann Sophie sang her entry “Black Smoke” in Eurovision instead of Andreas.
