Dotter Released “Vintern Jag Var Sexton”!

Dotter released her new single “Vintern Jag Var Sexton”, which means “The Winter I Was Sixteen”. The song is composed by Dino Medanhodzic, Johanna Jansson and Thomas G:son. This song marks her first Swedish-language single.

Dotter was born on June 10, 1987, in Sweden. Her real name is Johanna Maria Jansson. She released her first song in 2014. She has participated in Melodifestivalen both as a singer and composer. She has co-written songs for Mariette and Lina Hedlund. In 2018, she entered the contest as a singer. Her entry “Cry”, eliminated in its semi, despite being a favourite to win. In 2019, she sang with Måns Zelmerlöw in the Second Chance round as an interval act the song “Walk With Me”. This year she participated again in the Swedish national final with the song “Bulletproof”, which placed 2nd with a margin of just one point.
