A few moments ago, THE ROOP released their 2021 national final entry!

THE ROOP is the Lithuanian band that was going to represent the country at the Eurovision Song Contest. Their song “On Fire” was among the fan-favourites, but sadly the contest was canceled.

This year, the public broadcaster decided to not internally select the band for the contest and held a national final instead. However, because of their last year’s victory, LRT gave the chance to the band to participate directly to the final of Pabandom Iš Naujo. Their song is titled “Discoteque” and is composed by Ilkka Wirtanen, Kalle Lindroth, Mantas Banišauskas, Robertas Baranauskas and Vaidotas Valiukevičius.
