Serbia in the Eurovision

Serbia debuted in the contest in 2007. Prior to this point, the country competed in the contest as part of Yugoslavia (1961-1992) and as part of Serbia & Montenegro (2004-2005). Since its debut as an independent nation, it has participated 13 times, missing the contest only in 2014 due to financial difficulties.

Serbia has placed in the Top-10 four times. Also, it hasn’t qualified to the final on three times. Every time the country missed the final was placed 10th (according to these years rules the 10th qualified entry of its semifinal was decided by the juries) or 11th. The best entry of the country was in 2007 when the country won the contest in its debut. In contrast, Serbia’s worst result in a final was in 2018 placing 19th with 113 points.
