Svala Björgvinsdóttir was born in February 8, 1977, in Reykjavik, Iceland. Her career spans a life of more than 35 years, starting to sing in 1985. She has released 6 studio albums and many singles. Svala competed in the Icelandic national final in 2017 and won it. She went to represent her country in Eurovision, failing to qualify for the final.
