Der Wind ist stark, er nimmt in Sturm, bläst manchem ins Gesicht

Die feste Hand am Widerstand zerbricht

Denn unsere Zukunft wird erst jetzt geboren

Viele Sprachen, viele Ohren

The quote is in German as the majority of the song and it means “The wind is strong, it becomes a storm, blows someone in the face. The firm hand is broken by the resistance. Because our future is now born. Many languages, many ears.”. It is noteworthy that the the song contains some phrases in English, French and Serbo-Croatian. The entry was composed by Marc Berry, Nanna Berry, Mario Botazzi and conductor of the live performance was Richard Österreicher. Austria placed 10th in the final with 58 points.
