This year, the Netherlands are represented by Ayana. Ayana Voss was born on May 7, 2007, in Bussum, the Netherlands. She is of Japanese and British descent.

Ayana sings, dances and she also plays the piano. A few months ago, she entered the Dutch national final for JESC and won.

Her song “Mata Sugu Aō Ne”, which means “See You Soon”, is composed by Ferry Lagendijk and its about missing her relatives in Japan, due to the pandemic.

The Netherlands will compete 15th in the final.
