It’s official, Armenia will host the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022!
A few hours ago, EBU confirmed that Armenia will host the upcoming contest after their second victory!
We remind you that Maléna won the 2021 edition of the contest a few days ago with the song “Qami Qami”. That is the first victory of the country in the contest since 2010, when Vladimir Arzumanyan won with song “Mama”. That’s will be the second time the country will host the Junior Eurovision and any Eurovision event since 2011.
Five countries have express their intention to the upcoming contest: Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Spain and the Netherlands.
