JESC 2022: Russia Confirms Participation!

It’s official, Russia will compete in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022!

Russia will be present at the upcoming Junior Eurovision in Armenia. People can apply for the contest through the official Russian JESC site (jesc-russia.com). The country has participated 17 times in the past, with its best result in 2006 and 2017, when it won.

In 2021, Russia placed 7th in the contest with 124 points. Tanya sang the song “Mon Ami”.

Seven more countries have express their intention to the upcoming contest: Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Ireland, Poland, Spain and the Netherlands.
