North Macedonia this year chose Andrea as its 2022 Eurovision representative. Andrea was born on February 14, 2000 in Skopje, North Macedonia. Her full name is Andrea Koevska and she is a singer and songwriter.

Her passion for music was a result of her interaction with her grandfather. When she started posting covers of famous songs on internet, she was noticed by a producer. In 2020, she released her debut single.

Earlier this year she took part in the North Macedonian national final for Eurovision, where she won the show. At the end of the voting, her entry “Circles” had collected the same amount of points as the song “Superman”, however, the tie broke in favour of Andrea.

Her entry is composed by Andrea Koevska and Aleksandar Masevski.

North Macedonia will perform 13th in the second semifinal.
