We continue the National Final Reminder of 2022 with something from Australia.

Australia held a national final – Australia Decides – in order to select its 2022 entry. Eleven entries competed in the live final.

The song “Dreamer” was one of the 11 entries of the national final by Voyager. At the end, the song managed to place 2nd – just three points behind the winning entry -, but 1st in the televoting. The song is composed by Alex Canion, Ashley Doodkorte, Daniel Estrin, Scott Kay and Simone Dow.

Voyager

Voyager is a progressive metal band from Perth, that formed in 1999. Throughout the years, the band has released seven studio albums. Earlier this year they competed in the Australian national final for Eurovision, but they ended in second placed.
