This year Azerbaijan selected Nadir to represent it at Eurovision. Nadir Rustamli was born on July 8, 1999, in Salyan, Azerbaijan. His full name is Nadir Rashid oghlu Rustamli, but he is known as Nadir Rustamli.

His contact with music started at a young age, when he took piano lessons. In 2021, he got his degree in Business Administration. Right after his graduation, he auditioned for the Azeri version of The Voice. He won the show and just days after his victory he was selected to represent the country at Eurovision.

His entry “Fade To Black” is composed by Anderz Wrethov, Andreas Stone, Sebastian Schub and Thomas Stengaard.

The song will perform 4th in the second semifinal.
