Poland this year chose Ochman as its ESC representative. Ochman was born on July 19, 1999, in  Massachusetts, USA to Polish parents. His full name is Krystian Ochman.

As a kid he took singing lessons and after his high school graduation he pursued musical studies. He rose to fame in Poland, after participating in the 2020 version of The Voice of Poland. At the show, he joined Michał Szpak’s team and went to win the whole show. After the show he singed with a record label. In 2020, he also released his debut single, which was certified gold. In 2021, he released his debut album. which reached the 5th place on the Polish charts.

In early 2022, he was announced to be among the participants of the Polish national final for Eurovision. His song “River” won the show and therefore he gained the right to represent his country at Eurovision.

His entry is composed by Krystian Ochman, Adam Wiśniewski, Ashley Hicklin and Mikołaj Trybulec.

Poland will perform 14th in the second semifinal.
