ESC 2022: Rehearsals – Day 8! (Final Update)

A couple of hours ago, the eighth day of rehearsals came to an end. The Big-5 countries took the stage for the second time today!

France 🇫🇷

We know where all the French budget went to! There are many pyros during the performance. The staging is similar to the national final, but of course, the French delegation does its best in order to reach the left side of the scoreboard.

Italy 🇮🇹

The connection between Mahmood and Blanco is obvious, but not new. We have already seen them communicate through music on the Sanremo stage. The Matrix outfit of Mahmood is not his final, during this rehearsal he wears a black modern suit, while Blanco wears a white one.

United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Sam’s vocals are tremendous, easily his voice is one of the most memorable this year. The staging works really good for him. Moreover, his black flying suit has now a number of diamonds.

Spain 🇪🇸

Chanel has already hyped fans with her dancing moves since her national final performance. For sure, her Eurovision dancing routine isn’t going to disappoint anyone. Moreover, during her performance, there is a pyro curtain – the only one in this year’s contest.

Germany 🇩🇪

Malik is a multi-instrumentalist and he is showing it on stage. The staging is not full of props, there are only a couple of musical instruments. Malik’s rap part is good and his voice sounds like the studio version.

That’s of today’s rehearsals. Tomorrow, there will be no rehearsal because the Opening Ceremony of the contest will take place. On Monday, the dress rehearsal and the jury show will take place.
