Stavangerkameratene Released New Album “Kom Nærmare”!

Stavangerkameratene released their new album “Kom Nærmare”, which means “Get Closer”. The album contains ten songs, including their 2021 MGP entry.


Stavangerkameratene is a Norwegian band that was formed in 2015 in Stavanger, Norway. The band consists of four members: Kjartan Salvesen, Tommy Fredvang, Glenn Lyse and Ole Alexander Mæland. All the artists had a prior solo career, with Kjartan and Glenn having both won the Norwegian Idol, Tommy having participated in the X-Factor and Ole in The Voice. Their first single was released in 2016 and since then they have released three studio albums, three EPs and a number of singles.

The band competed in 2021 in Melodi Grand Prix, the Norwegian national final for Eurovision. Their song was pre-qualified for the final, where they didn’t manage to enter the “Gold Final”.
