What I Think…
The bookmakers have decided that Ukraine will win, but I don’t see it. Of course, it a very good song with a nice performance, but I don’t think it will manage to win, more likely to place somewhere in the Top-5.
The United Kingdom and Sweden is more likely for me to win. Both entries are polished and have a very good staging. The songs have a big fandom and are jury friendly. By winning the UK will have her first victory since 1997, while if the crown goes to Sweden, the country will top the most victories – 7- along with Ireland.
Spain is also an interesting case. First of all, it will be the first time since 1969 (!), that the country will top the scoreboard. Moreover, there were a lot of Spanish fans that commented very badly about Chanel, because it wasn’t their favourite. What will be their reaction if she win?!
