Finland will not debut in JESC in 2022!
Yle, the Finnish public broadcaster, doesn’t have any intentions on taking part in Junior Eurovision in Yerevan. According to Teija Rantala, head of Yle’s children’s program department:
Finnish Yle does not participate in the competition for many reasons, but one of them is that we do not want to create new child stars or feel comfortable with children competing in these types of shows.
