It’s official, Portugal will compete in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022!

Portugal will be present at the upcoming Junior Eurovision in Armenia. The country has participated 6 times in the past. Its best result it’s the 11th place that achieved last year.

Last year, the country was represented by Simão Oliveira with his song “O Rapaz”, reaching the 11th place with 111 points.

Ten more countries have express their intention to the upcoming contest: Armenia, Bulgaria, France, Georgia, Germany, Kazakhstan, Ireland, Poland, Spain and the Netherlands.
