
Aitana & Sangiovanni released their new single “Mariposas”, which means “Butterflies”. The song is composed by Andrés Torres, Mauricio Rengifo, Aitana, Alessandro La Cava, Stefano Tognini and sangiovanni. The song is the spanish version of Sangiovanni’s Sanremo entry “Farfalle”. The song placed 5th in the Italian music final earlier this year!
Aitana
Aitana was born on June 27, 1999 in Barcelona, Spain. In 2017, she auditioned for the Spanish music reality competition Operación Triunfo. At the show, she reached the final, where she placed 2nd. Operación Triunfo was also used in 2018 as the national selection process for Eurovision. Her two songs in the national final, Arde and Lo Malo (sang along with Ana Guerra) placed 2nd and 3rd respectively. After the talent show, Aitana has released two studio albums.
