JESC 2022: Malta Confirms Participation!

It’s official, Malta will compete in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022!

Malta will be present at the upcoming Junior Eurovision in Armenia. The country has participated 17 times in the past. It has won two times in the past in 2013 and 2015. The submissions are open for the national final and the candidates can apply until the 15th of August.

Last year, the country was represented by Ike & Kaya with their song “My Home”, reaching the 12th place with 97 points.

Twelve more countries have express their intention to the upcoming contest: Armenia, Bulgaria, France, Georgia, Germany, Kazakhstan, North Macedonia, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands.
