Tamta Released New Single “Pandora”!

Tamta released her new single “Pandora”. The song is composed by Ody icons and Teo Pouzbouris.

Tamta was born in Tbilisi, Georgia on January 10, 1981. Her full name is Tamta Goduadze. She got married when she was fourteen years old and shortly after gave birth to her daughter. After graduating from the University of Tbilisi, she divorced and moved to Greece with her daughter. In Greece her mother and brother had already lived there for a couple of years.

The first years in the country was difficult, but things changed when she auditioned for the Greek music show “Super Idol”, in 2003. On “Super Idol” Tamta managed to reach the final where she placed second. A very successful career followed. In 2006 she released her first album titled “Tamta”. In the repackaged edition of which she collaborated with 2006 Romanian representative Mihai Traistariu.

In 2007 she took part in the Greek national for Eurovision with the song “With Love”. Sadly she didn’t win. The same year, she released her second album and in 2010 her third. Except for being a talented singer, she is also an amazing actress and host. She has given her voice in one kids’ movie and guest starred in a couple of greek tv shows. She also co-hosted a fashion show. Many times her songs were used in commercials. Tamta is also the face of many campaigns.

Tamta was a jury member of both Greek and Georgian versions of the music reality show “The X-Factor”. In 2019, Cyprus internally selected her and her entry “Replay” for Eurovision. At the final of the contest she placed 13th with 109 points.
