
Yle, the Finnish national broadcaster, announced that Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu will return in 2023, couple of months ago. Now, more information about the national final were announced!
The final of the Finnish national selection will take place on February 25, in Logomo, Turku. This year, in addition to the live final, the fans will be able to join a Pre- and After-Party.
There will be seven competing artists in the contest, the names of which will be released on January 11. Like the previous years, the entries will be released on separate dates between 12 and 20 January.
Finland this year selected The Rasmus and their song “Jezebel” to represent it in Eurovision. The entry qualified in the final, where it placed 21st with 38 points.
