News regarding Festival da Canção!

RTP, the Portuguese national broadcaster, released the allocation draw of the semifinals. The 20 entries of the music festival were allocated into two semifinals. You can see the allocation below!

Festival da Canção is the Portuguese national final for Eurovision. This year it will consist of two semifinals and a final. Ten entries will compete in each semifinal, with five songs from each show preceding to final. The semifinals will take place on February 25 and March 4, whilst the final will be on March 11.

The 15 composers were invited by RTP, while the 5 were selected via the open submissions. It is noteworthy, that there are over 600 songs received.
