Greece this year chose Victor as its 2023 representative. Victor Vernicos Jørgensen was born on October 23, 2006, in Athens, Greece, to a Greek mother and a Danish father.

From a young age, he started taking singing lessons and learning to play the piano and the guitar. Since 2021, he has released several singles, whilst earlier this year, he signed with a record label.
This year, he was internally selected to represent Greece at Eurovision. His entry, “What They Say”, was composed solely by himself.

Greece will perform 8th in the second semifinal!
