This year Czechia chose Vesna as its Eurovision representatives. Vesna is a six-member band that was formed in 2016.

The band was created by frontwoman Patricie Fuxová, who wanted to create an all-female band that celebrated femininity and Slavic sisterhood. They released their debut single in 2017, with their debut album coming out in late 2018. Their second album was released a couple of years later, in 2020.

Earlier this year, the band entered the Czech national final with their song “My Sister’s Crown”. The entry was composed by Patricie Kaňok Fuxová, Tanita Yankova and Kateryna Vatchenko and has reached 24th place in the Czech charts.

The country will perform 13th in the first semifinal!

What do you think about the song? Can the band achieve the first victory for Czech Republic? Write your thoughts in the comments below!
