Poland this year chose Blanka as its representative. Blanka Stajkow was born on May 23, 1999, in  Szczecin, Poland to Polish mother and Bulgarian father.

In 2021, she competed at the Polish version of the “Next Top Model”. During her participation at the reality, she released her debut single. Last September, she released her single “Solo”, which she subsequently submitted to the Polish national final for Eurovision.

At the Polish national selection, Blanka won, thus gaining the right to represent her country at Eurovision. The song was composed by Blanka Stajkow, Maciej Puchalski, Mikołaj Trybulec, Bartłomiej Rzeczycki, Marcin Górecki, Maria Broberg and Julia Sundberg.

Despite the allegations that the voting was rigged at the national final, the song has already reached the 4th place in the Polish charts.

Poland will perform 9th in the second semifinal.
