ESC 2023: Meet Mae Muller From The United Kingdom!

The United Kingdom this year chose Mae Muller as her representative. Holly Mae Muller, or simply Mae Muller, was born on August 26, 1997, in London, the United Kingdom.

She starting writing her own music at the age of eight. She studied at the Fine Arts College, in London. Her debut single was released in 2018, but she rosed to fame through her 2021 single “Better Days”. In 2018, she released her first EP, whilst her debut album was released in 2019.

It is noteworthy, that at the age of 10 she appeared at Mika’s – 2022 Eurovision host – video clip of “Grace Kelly”.

Earlier this year, she was internally selected to represent the UK at Eurovision. Her entry. “I Wrote a Song”, was composed by Holly Mae Muller, Karen Poole and Lewis Thompson. The song has already entered the TOP-40 on the UK’s single charts.

The UK is prequalified to the final, while the British will also be able to vote in the second semifinal.
