Greece back in 2002 decided its representative through Ellinikós Telikós. Ten songs participated in the final of the national selection.

The song “Love Is A Wonderful Thing” was one of those 10 songs performed by Peggy Zina. The song placed 2nd in the final.

Peggy Zina was born on 8 March 1975 in Athens, Greece. Her birth name is Calliope Zina and she is an established singer in both Greece and Cyprus. Her first studio album was released in 1995, but she rose to fame after her participation at the Greek national final in 2002. Today, she has released 14 studio albums and she is one of the most certified Greek female artists.
