In this series of posts will present you Eurovision songs that have been released in a language different that the one that was performed on the ESC stage.

Portugal 1997

Today we travel to 1997 and the Portuguese entry. Célia Lawson sang the Portuguse-language song “Antes Do Adeus” on the final of the contest. She has also released the song in English under the title “If You Say Goodbye”. The song placed last at the final with no points and it is considered one of the least deserved songs to do so.
