Poland this year chose Rafał as its 2021 representative. Rafał was born on June 8, 1981, in  Warsaw, Poland. His full name is Rafał Brzozowski.

He is a television presenter and singer. His music career began in 2011, when he auditioned for the first season of the Polish version of The Voice. At the show, he was eliminated at the semifinals. Between 2012 and 2016 he released five studio albums and two EPs.

As a TV presenter, he hosted the Polish versions of “The Name of the Tune” and “Wheel of Fortune”. In late 2020, he was one go the three hosts of the Junior Eurovision. In 2021, he was internally selected to represent Poland in Eurovision.

His song “The Ride” is composed by Joakim Övrenius, Thomas Karlsson, Clara Rubensson and Johan Mauritzson.

Poland is going to compete 2nd in the second semifinal.
