
Páll Óskar released her new single “Galið Gott”. The single is composed by Páll Óskar Hjálmtýsson and Victor Gudmundsson.

Páll Óskar Hjálmtýsson was born March 16, 1970, in Reykjavík, Iceland. In 1993, he left Iceland and moved to New York City. The same year he released his debut album. Two years later, he established his own record company and his second album. In 1997, he was internally selected to represent his country in Eurovision.
His song, “Minn hinsti dans”, was composed by Páll Óskar Hjálmtýsson and Trausti Haraldsson. Conductor of the live performance was Szymon Kuran and the song placed 20th with 18 points.
After Eurovision, he released a number of albums and singles. In 2005, he was one of the judges of the Icelandic version of Idol and in 2006 was one go the judges of The X-Factor of Iceland. Throughout the years, he has worked as a DJ too.
