This year Ukraine selected Alyona Alyona and Jerry Heil as its Eurovision representatives.

Aliona Olehivna Savranenko was born on June 14, 1991, in Kirovohrad, Ukraine. She is know professionally as Alyona Alyona and she is a rap singer and songwriter.

Before pursuing her musical career, she received two bachelors and worked as a kindergarten teacher. In 2018, she released her first music. Today, she has released 4 studio albums, 1 EP and multiple singles.

Yana Oleksandrivna Shemaieva, was born on October 21, 1995, in Kyiv, Ukraine. She is a singer and songwriter, known professionally as Jerry Heil.

In 2012, she started posting songs on her YouTube channel; covers of local and international songs. In 2017, she signed her first musical contract and released her first singles. In 2018, she competed in the Ukrainian version of The X-Factor. After the show, she continued her career having today released, 2 studio albums, 3 EPs and multiple singles.

In the past, she has competed 3 times in the Ukrainian national final for Eurovision, in 2020, in 2022 and in 2024. In her latest attempt she sang along with Alyona Alyona and they eventually won.

Their entry “Teresa & Maria” was composed by Aliona Savranenko, Anton Chilibi, Ivan Klymenko and Yana Shemaieva and has already topped the local charts.

Ukraine will perform 5th in the first semifinal.
