We continue the National Final Reminder with something from 1993. Today, we will travel to Sweden.

Sweden back in 1993 decided its representative through Melodifestivalen, the show that is still in use today. 10 songs participated in the live final selection.

Nick Borgen and his song “We are all the winners” finished 2nd behind Arvingarna’s “Eloise” with a difference of 14 points.

Nick Borgen

Nick Borgen was born on 5th of January 1952, in Andenes, Norway. He is a Norwegian-Swedish singer and songwriter. His full name is Nils Thore Borgen. His 1993 participation to the national final, was his first. Since he had participated another four times in 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997. Nick is also a writer, releasing his first book in 2009.
