We continue the National Final Reminder with something from 2018. Today, we will travel to Lithuania.

Lithuania back in 2018 decided its representative through Eurovizijos. Six songs participated in the final of the national selection.

The song “Yes, I Do” was one of those 6 songs performed by The Roop. The song placed 3rd in the final.

The Roop

The band was formed back in 2014. The have released since then two studio albums and one extended play. They also have released seven singles. Is noteworthy that in 2016 they were nominated for best music video on local awards. In 2020, they competed again in the national final with the song “On Fire” and won it. The song reached the first place on the national charts. Sadly, due to COVID-19 pandemic Eurovision was canceled and the group didn’t perform at the contest.
