This year Azerbaijan selected Fahree and Ilk Dovlatov to represent it at Eurovision. Fakhri Ismayilov was born on April 11, 1995, in Baku, Azerbaijan. He is professionally known as FAHREE.

FAHREE grew up in a musical family, but studied law. During the COVID-19 pandemic he decided to concentrate on his music. His debut single was released in 2022. Until today he has released a couple of singles.

In late 2023, he applied for Eurovision and he was announced as one of the shortlisted artists. Earlier this year, he was revealed as the representative of his country.

On stage, he will be accompanied by Ilkin Dovlatov.

Ilkin Dovlatov was born on June 16, 1990, in Baku, Azerbaijan. He grew up in a musical family. Ilkin rose to fame through his participation at the 2023 version of The Voice Azerbaijan. At the show he finished at the 2nd place.

Like FAHREE was one of the shortlisted artists, who applied for representing his country at the contest along with two other artists. The three singers were trying to sing at Eurovision stage as a trio. Despite that, the Azeri team chose Ilkin to accompany FAHREE on the stage.

It is noteworthy that he released two singles in 2023.

Their entry, “Özünlə apar”, which means “Take Me with You”, was composed by Fahree, Edgar Ravin, Hasan Haydar, Mado Salikh and Mila Miles. The lyrics of the song are in both English and Azerbaijani.

The song will perform 12th in the first semifinal!
