
This year Croatia selected Baby Lasagna as its ESC representative. Baby Lasagna is the stage name of Marko Purišić.
Baby Lasagna was born on July 5, 1995, in Umag, Croatia and he is singer and songwriter. From 2011 to 2016 and from 2018 to 2022 he was part of the Croatian band Manntra. The band entered the Croatian national final for Eurovision in 2019, when placed 4th.
In 2023, he concentrated on his solo career, releasing two singles. Earlier in this year he entered in the national final. Initially, the artist was selected as a back-up entry for the national final, but after the withdrawal of an entry, the entry was the one who filled-up the line-up.
The artist went to succeed at the selection process and win. His entry, “Rim Tim Tagi Dim”, was composed by Marko Purišić. The song has topped the Croatian charts.
The song will perform 7th in the first semifinal!
