A few minutes ago Latvia chose its 2019 representative. Carousel with the song “That Night”, will wave the Latvian flag in Israel. Markus Riva came second in his sixth attempt to represent the country. His song “You make me so crazy” finished second in the final.

Last year the Baltic nation was represented by the Latvian-Brazillian singer Laura Rizzotto. Her song “Funny Girl” didn’t qualify to the final, finishing 12th in her semi.
