ESC 2019: Time Travel Part 4

We are almost 2 months after Eurovision’s Grand Final. In this series of posts, we are going to travel through time and remind you some of this year’s best moments. All the events of Eurovision since the first artist announcement in late November until the Netherlands win in May.

Our fourth trip will be to the Saturday when Sweden decided its entry. Sweden used its national final “Melodifestivalen” to select both artist and song. John Lundvik, won the show coming first among 28 acts with his song “Too Late For Love”.

His song was composed by Anderz Wrethov, Andreas “Stone” Johansson and John Lundvik himself. “Too Late For Love” competed in the fourth semifinal of Melodifestivalen and eventually won it on Saturday 9 of March.

Now in the aftermath of the contest, we know that John finished 5th in the final with a total of 334 points.
