We continue the National Final Reminder with something from 2006. Today, we will travel to Slovenia.

Slovennia back in 2006 decided its representative through EMA. Fourteen songs participated in the final of the national selection.

The song “Madoline” was one of those 14 songs performed by Saša Lendero. The song placed 2nd in the final. Is noteworthy that the entry topped the televoting and SMS-voting but was last in the jury-voting.

Saša Lendero

Saša Lendero was born on 6 August 1973, in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Her first album was released in 1997 and since then she has record a number of songs. She has taken part two times at the Slovenian national final – EMA – in 2005 and in 2006, both times placing second.
