Hurricane
Hurricane is a three-member girl group, that formed in 2017. The members are Sanja Vučić, Ivana Nikolić and Ksenija Knežević.
Sanja Vučić was internally selected as the 2016 Eurovision representative of her country. She flew the Serbian flag to Stockholm and sang her song Goodbye (Shelter). The song managed to qualify to the final, where it placed 18th in a field of 26 with 115 points. Is noteworthy that Sanja speaks five languages: Serbian, English, Spanish, Italian and Arabic.
Ivana Nikolić she is a singer and dancer from Serbia. She has collaborated with Jala Brat (Bosnia & Herzegovina 2016). Together they have released a single.
Ksenija Knežević has tried to represent her country in 2013. She competed in the national final as part of the group Sky. Their song qualified to the final but finished last. She is also the daughter of Knez (Montenegro 2015).
The group was going to represent Serbia at Eurovision in 2020. After the contest’s cancellation the group return as the 2021 Serbian entry. The group mostly sings in English but their Eurovision entry was in Serbian, with a some phrases in English and in Spanish. Their entry “Loco Loco” was composed by Nemanja Antonić and Darko Dimitrov. The lyrics were written by Sanja Vučić. “Loco Loco” placed 15th with 102 points.
