Fabrizio Faniello was born on the 27th of April 1981. He loved music from a young age. He had tried many times to represent his country to the contest, succeeding it two times in 2001 and 2006. In 2001 his song “Another Summer Night” finished 9th in the final. In 2006, his song “I Do” didn’t have the same success finishing 24th at the final. His sister Claudia Faniello has also represented Malta in 2017 with the song “Breathlessly”.

His 2001 Eurovision song was composed by Paul Abela. The lyrics were written by Georgina Abela.
