A few minutes ago, allocation draw for all the competing nations, took place, in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The Big 5 plus the host country, the Netherlands, after a draw, were determined in which semi they will vote. Italy, Germany and the Netherlands will vote in the first semi-final, whilst France, the United Kingdom and Spain will vote in the second.
On semi-final 1, 17 acts will battle for just 10 tickets and on semi-final 2, 18 acts for the other 10.
