A few minutes ago, Iceland chose its representative for Eurovision 2020.

Daði & Gagnamagnið, won the Icelandic national final – Söngvakeppnin – and therefore they gain the right to represent their country to the upcoming Eurovision event!

Their entry “Think About Things” is composed by Daði Freyr Pétursson.

Iceland In ESC 2019

Last year, the country was represented by Hatari. Both the artists and the song were selected through the 2019 edition of Söngvakeppnin. Their song “Hatrið Mun Sigra” placed 10th in the final with 232 points.
