We continue the National Final Reminder of 2020 with something from Latvia.

Latvia selected its representative through Supernova as usual!

The song “Heart Beats” was Katrīna Dimanta’s entry to the music festival. Katrīna selected to participate in the final on January 16. Her entry managed to place 2nd wining the televoting and coming second on the internet voting. The song was composed by Katrīna Dimanta, Herberts Blumbergs, Andis Ansons and Jānis Bērziņš.

Katrīna was better known for taking part in the 2014 edition of Eurovision as a member of Aarzemnieki with the song Cake To Bake, which placed 13th in its semi. She mainly performs folk songs and has appeared in various countries. Katrīna besides singing, she can also play many musical instruments.
